Feel Good Friday – My Happy Place

This week has been a rough week. As much as I’d love to delve into detail, I decided to focus on the good. One of the prompts for Feel Good Friday is to write about my happy place. This is my happy place:

                         Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

This is the place of happy memories. With the lulling sound of waves crashing into the shore, I feel peace and tranquility, more than anywhere else on this earth. This is where I go in my head when I need to practice positive visualization, my happy place, if you will. Some people feel the need to go to church to feel the presence of a higher power; but this is my church, where I come to feel more spiritual.

And today, there is no place I’d rather be than here.

Have a great weekend, Friends!

Wow your feel good place makes even me feel good and if you check out the subject matter of my blog you'll see why that is quite a feat. Have a great weekend.

Take me with you!!!

I am sorry about the rough week.

Over here it seems like summer is not all laxy, and hazy. It is more of a mad dash and I am kind of sad. it is too busy and going by too fast and I find myself clenching my jaw more frequently than not.

Found you from Bossy.

Everyone should have a happy place - mine is in Island Park, Idaho - although, Myrtle Beach is pretty tough to beat.

sure looks happy...although I've never been. Everyone should have a church/altar in nature. Because it's all a wonder.

My happy place is Cape May, New Jersey. But, I think anywhere by the ocean would suffice!

That's the one thing about living in Idaho...not too many beaches around, lol. Unless you go to a lake.

Any beach that is peaceful is a happy place for me, also.

Have a good week.
